High Dividend Yield CountersUpdated on October 29, 2010

KLCI finally stand above 1,500 on this week closing. I have sold the following counters to standby cash on hand for the next investment opportunity.

Malaysia Stock Market High Dividend Yield Stock

KLSE Stock Talk - 终于站上1500点了

综合指数经过一整天的上下徘徊，终于在3:45PM时站稳1500点以上，而一路往上探至1505.66点挂收！

趁着综指创今年新高，我脱售了以下所有的持股：-
OSK at 1.50
KPJ at 3.70
GENM at 3.45
EFFICEN at 0.185

脱售这些股票的目的是希望暂时保留一些现金在手，以便等待股市的调整。

回顾大马股市今年的表现，从年頭至今已漲18.34%（1272.31 至 1505.66），許多個股漲幅更為可觀。环视亚洲区域市场，可以说是皆大欢喜，大家齐涨！可是股市涨得太久，也是时候该提防提防，特别是当你留意到一些从来不买股票的人也开始买股时。，就要特别小心了！

越来越多鱼游进来了，是时候收鱼网了。

依我看，股市将会有一次大调整，而我也该重新寻找新的投资目标。

还是差一点

综合指数（KLCI）经过了几天试探之后，原本我以为今天终于可以站稳1500点以上。但是经过一整天的上下盘整之后，综合指数还是以1499.44挂收，全天只上扬0.33点。

可惜，还是只差那一点点。

明天是星期五，依我看综合指数将不会有什么突破，除非今晚美国股市有超好的表现。

超级细菌NDM-1杀到大马了

昨晚看Astro的“新闻报报看”，说超级细菌这个病菌终于传入马来西亚了。上个星期才听说新加坡有6人感染，没想到这么快就杀到了我国了。


什么是超级细菌（NDM-1）？
超级细菌是一种抗药性极强的病菌，这种超级病菌能在人身上造成浓疮和毒疱，甚至逐渐让人的肌肉坏死。更可怕的是，大部分的抗生素药物对它不起作用，病人会因为感染而引起可怕的炎症，高烧、痉挛、昏迷直到最后死亡。这种病菌的可怕之处并不在于它对人的杀伤力，而是它对普通杀菌药物——抗生素的抵抗能力，对这种病菌，人们几乎无药可用。


超级细菌如何产生？
还不都是人类一手造成的，全都归咎全世界滥用抗生素的关系。由于抗生素药物被广泛使用于治疗传染病，使得细菌的抗药性越来越强，速适应了抗生素的环境，因而诞生了这类超级病菌。


还好，据说超级细菌本身并不具有传染性，它以其他细菌为载体，强化的是这些细菌的耐药性，它的传播是需要借助其依附的细菌来完成，所以它造成大规模传染的可能性不大。

其实，人类身上平时就带有大量的细菌，只要身体健康及抵抗力强，这些细菌根本没有兴风作浪的可能。

所以大家请好好照顾好自己的健康，保持卫生，就不会被病菌有机可乘。

Last week, I was so busy and totally got no time to check the share market. Finally today I have some time to update the list again, thanks to half day work on Saturday. ;-p

In this latest list (High Dividend Yield Malaysia Counters), I have added few more counters.

Since October 2010 almost come to an end, I have re-summed the dividend payout from Nov 09 to Oct 10. Again I need to make some clarification. The dividend I provide (as below) is the NET DIVIDEND which means it is already deducted the 25% company tax.

Tomoe Japanese Restaurant

I and my friends went to this Tomoe Japanese Restaurant located at Subang Jaya SS15 (just opposite of SJMC) to try the foods. I was recommended by other friend who commented the food is delicious.

As a first timer, we just took what the waitress recommended.

First, we tried this Toro Sashimi (salmon belly). Very fresh.

Then followed by this....eh!...I cannot remember how to call this dish already. :-(
It is a deep fried bread, topped with salad sauce. Also very nice but a bit oily..



Sashimi Set for 2 pax (RM60 per pax).

Fried Udon noodle. Tasty!

This is my favourite japanese food - Tempura set.

Dragon Roll sushi. I don't like this one because I tried the better one at Rakuzen Japanease Restaurant before.

Beef Teriyaki. This teriyaki is sooooo nice. The meat is just perfectly medium well cooked. Tender and juicy.



Last, desert time. We ordered this sesame ice-cream. I have to tell you that you must try it.
This ice-cream could be one of the best ice-cream in the world. ;-p

Although it was a bit pricy, we were very happy with their foods and services.

加油！利物浦，你永远不会独行

昨晚看完利物浦主场迎战布莱克本的英超大战，利物浦以2比1完胜布莱克本。

看见利物浦终于迎来了一场久违的胜利，心里头如同放下了块大石。这是利物浦刚换了新老板之后得第一场胜战，也是这个赛季的第二场胜利。

利物浦今年可说是流年不利，先是面对财务危机，然后主帅贝尼特斯招撤换，还有一些球员离队，又加上股权收购之争。搞得整个球队人心涣散，毫无斗志。好在上周末新英格兰体育投资基金（NESV）终于顺利完成收购，红军换了个新美国老板约翰亨利（John Henry），为红军点燃重生的希望。

虽然获得近6轮联赛的首场胜利，目前只积9分，仍旧处于降级区边缘。但我个人认为，利物浦已经开始走向复兴了。这是一个支持了利物浦近20年的我对利物浦的信任。

加油！利物浦，你永远不会独行。

最近很忙！忙着上Training课程，忙着为公司的新货仓建立仓库系统（WMS），以及处理CCTV等等问题。也没什么时间察看这星期的股市行情。

趁着今天星期六有些时间，我重新整理了这份高週息率的马股的资料，而且也新增加了几只股。
